Jealousy often consists of one or more of emotions such as anger, helplessness, our disgust. Jealousy is sometimes known as the green-eyed monster.

Everyone gets disappointed about different things. What makes me feel disappointed? Some things just make me feel disappointed. Like when I cannot go to park as planned my favorite favors sold out in the shop. [Music] When what I want to have happen does not happen, what can I do when I am feeling disappointed. When I am feeling disappointed, I can make a new plan, try to look for something new, try a different approach, and move forward. It can make me feel better. Some things just make me feel scared. like getting lost in a crowd, a spooky movie, having a bad dream. [Music] What can I do when I am feeling scared? [Music] When I am feeling scared, I can shout for help. I can tell someone who cares about me. I can trouble with my favorite toy. It can make me feel better. Something about scared feeling scared is not wrong. Sometimes scary can help us get away from danger. Scary becomes a problem when it affect your daily life.
When I am feeling shy, When I am feeling shy, I feel like my heart is racing. I got red in my face. I want to hide behind my parent. [Music] Everyone feels a bit shy sometimes. [Music] What makes me feel shy Some things just make me feel shy. Like when I meet mom and dad's friends when I have to speak in front of the class when going to a new school.
How to become more confident [Music] I can become more confident if I set a goal and reward myself for achieving it.

[music] Have more practice in front of family for the speech. Always remind myself about my talents and abilities.
Something about shy. Some people seem to be born shy. There is nothing wrong with being shy [Music] Shy people are often good listeners when I am feeling worried. When I am feeling worried, my heart beats so loud I may feel sick, my hands sweat. Everyone would feel worried that sometimes what makes me feel worried [Music] Some things just make me feel worried like my parent is sick. Examination is coming. Moving to a new place? What can I do when I am feeling worried? When I am feeling worried, I can close my eyes and focus on my breathing. I can ask for a hug from parents. [Music] I can do progressive muscle relaxation. It can make me feel better.
